Long and Lean

Hey friends!

I have just recently discovered another form of workout that is better than amazing.  Pilates.  I have been taking a pilates class where they use what's called "reformers".  You lie down on the reformers and use resistance.  It's an amazing way to tone your body without bulking up.  Try it, you'll fall in love just like I did!
